The owners were accommodating and both spoke English well. Downstairs there’s a small shop for snacks and drinks. The place is conveniently near the market, lake, park, and supermarkets such as Mini Big C. The room looked nice and had a balcony, fridge, vanity mirror, cabinet, TV, and air conditioning. There was a water heater in the bathroom.

Rent is 3500 per month. It’s close to the airport and Bueng Nong Khot, and the owners provide great service and can explain things well in English. A good, affordable, cheap place for everyone.

It’s a quiet, peaceful spot near Nong Khot Lake recreational area and local food options like Kham Hai market, so it works well for a relaxing stay. The building design is fine for a dormitory, though climbing four floors gets tiring.

P'Uiy, the owner, is kind and lovely. The rooms are clean and good value, and the surroundings are peaceful. If you enjoy a quiet place, you’re welcome here! 😊
