Siam Royal View Pool Villa by PSR ASIA

I liked the accommodation itself, but several parts of my stay at Siam Royal View/24A were disappointing. There was no daily cleaning, and the water system had a very strong, unpleasant smell. Taxi service was very expensive, and since every house has its own host, service levels varied. The hair dryer was surprisingly cheap and didn't work well for a place at this price. At checkout I was charged an unusually high amount for a broken glass, plus an overpriced cleaning fee for a stained towel. The charges felt unfair, and I didn't enjoy the experience. I hope management reviews its policies for future guests.

Watch out for coconuts when renting a villa here. One could land on your head or car. I'm saying that from personal experience. The management company is terrible: they don't maintain the grounds and take no responsibility for anything.

The sunset was amazing, and the swimming pool is big. Some of the resorts are nice, though others are a bit old and need maintenance. There's no convenience store on site, which isn't so handy. You'll need to rent a scooter to get to a nearby gas station.

The one thing that needs work is the access road. It needs repairs. Apart from that, Siam Royal View is awesome. The beach is wonderful, the buildings are good-looking and clean, and the location is great. The golf course is OK. They're building more, including 3-4 stars rooms, a pool, and a dive shop. The current buildings are amazing, and everything else is breathtaking.
