James at reception was sweet and professional, and took good care of us. The hotel is well built and maintained, and we felt quite at home. The location may disappoint some people, though: Patong Beach is about half an hour away by car.
We stayed for two weeks and found the staff really helpful. The rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. Only thing missing was a wardrobe.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The location was convenient too. At night, though, some Chinese guests were inconsiderate of people trying to sleep.
The complimentary breakfast was a mess. We waited half an hour for bread, then were expected to eat whatever they wanted to serve us. It was absurd. The staff couldn't speak English properly, and this was one of the worst experiences I've had.
The pool was nice, and the room was quite good with free Wi-Fi. The mostly Chinese customers made a lot of noise at night.
