We felt so welcome. The owner has a fun personality and is incredibly nice, and even brought us a mini fridge because she knew we like cold beer, haha. It’s great value for the money and the hospitality was the best. The place is brand new and very clean. We had a room with a fan, which was hot in the daytime, but we didn’t need AC at night. They sell water and beer at reception and serve delicious breakfast. The best food on the island is at Happy, a 5-10 minute walk away, with a great massage place right next door to Happy. Everything on Koh Mook is within walking distance if you’re up for a 20-minute walk. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Nurse house felt like home while we were there, thanks to Fha, who was such a kind and welcoming host. The rooms were clean and comfy, with great AC, and the forest-side location was perfect. Breakfasts were great, and you can tell a lot of love has gone into the property. During check-in, Fha saw my birthday in my passport and, with the kitchen staff, surprised me with a mango pancake for it. We hope to come back someday :)

The owner is so sweet. I love that she’s a local woman running the place, rather than a company or a foreigner setting up shop on the island. She made breakfast for us every morning and surprised my partner with a mango birthday pancake. She’d noticed his birthday in his passport the day before. Such a thoughtful touch. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We loved sitting on the bungalow terrace, surrounded by greenery. It’s right in the jungle, among tropical plants and rubber tree plantations, with only nature sounds around us. The location is peaceful at the village edge, about a 15-minute walk to the center, and the whole stay felt restorative. Even in the jungle, we had no insects inside. The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water, and the bathroom was spacious and nice. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and helped with suggestions for massages, restaurants, and beaches, as well as arranging a taxi when we needed one. We felt really looked after. Breakfast was delicious and a lovely way to start each day. My husband and I were very happy here and highly recommend it for anyone wanting peace, nature, and comfort. 🌿💚

It’s a little far from town, but that’s what keeps it quiet and away from the scooters 😅 Good Luck Restaurant is nearby, and I recommend giving it a visit. The owner is friendly and happy to help with any questions. Rooms are clean, well kept, and have AC and hot water. The best thing about this place is how peaceful it is, a great spot to relax. We had an excellent stay!
