Sunshine on the rock

We've come back to this little slice of paradise for a second visit, and only wish we could stay longer. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a view down to the ocean. There's a nice fresh breakfast every morning, and the staff always greet you with a smile. Hopefully it won't be our last visit.

The beach is amazing, clean, spacious and very private, with room to walk and play without bothering anyone. It works for families and couples too, since you can stay apart if you're after a quiet spot. We were at Sunshine on the rock, though Sunshine resort is also on the same beach and site and would have suited our family better. Our bungalow had no view and was quite dark inside, but it was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Lunch and dinner are served at a restaurant between the two resorts, with really good food, quality and plenty of menu choices. Breakfast for Sunshine on the rock is in a nearby space by its nine bungalows, not at that restaurant. The quality and selection there were sufficient and good.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the rice porridge and pancakes. The rooms were clean, the location was great and the staff were friendly and gave excellent service.

I stayed for seven nights and would absolutely come back. The beach is beautiful, and it's a great spot on the island to catch the sunset. It's far from the main area if you don't drive a scooter, but only a 10 to 15 minute ride if you do. The rooms were big, clean and comfy, with hot water in the shower, and the complimentary breakfast was great. Restaurant food was just okay, though there are a few other places down the beach. The smoothies and desserts were great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!
