There was no hot water at the sink, and it drained slowly. That's the only small issue we had. The hotel is lovely, right on a perfect beach, with a spacious, comfortable room, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast included in the price. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

We couldn't travel because of the political situation and conflict in the Middle East, so we had to cancel. Even though the official cancellation period had passed, the hotel approved our request and gave us a full refund. I really wanted to leave this review because of how professionally they handled it. We truly appreciate their understanding and excellent communication.

The garden is beautiful, and the location on Phra Ae beach is good. The hotel is quite old, but I think it's been maintained well. The pool is big enough and right next to the beach. Breakfast was okay, with a buffet that didn't have many choices. I liked the egg station.

The balcony chairs were uncomfortable, but that was my only complaint. It's a lovely quiet spot right on the beach, with restaurants only a short walk away, and the staff were friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL.

The massage service was excellent, and the air conditioning worked very well. There's also a pool with a sea view. The place is relatively clean, though the hotel has clearly seen better days. We didn't get the garden view I booked, just a view of the driveway. I could see the garden only by leaning out of the room. Rooms were cleaned daily, but only superficially. There were too few sun loungers, or too many tourists leaving their towels on them and disappearing for hours. Staff should deal with that. Breakfast was very poor, so nearby restaurants are a better choice. For the price, the quality is about what you'd expect, and it's a decent place for a few days.
