Lanta MP Place Hotel

Our room had plenty of space and everything we needed, with a lovely bed and cotton bedding. The balcony looked out over the sea, and it was so quiet and peaceful. The hotel was spotless, bright, and very comfortable. The owners were welcoming and kind. We had a wonderful stay at MP place Hotel and will definitely come back.

We only booked three nights at first, but loved the hotel and island enough to ask for two more. The owners did everything they could to make the extension work. They were warm and helpful from the moment we arrived, and we felt at home right away. The shower was a real highlight, with great water pressure, which is unusual in Thailand. The place was clean and well located, and the scooter rentals were easy, with the bikes in excellent condition. We also tried the laundry service and were really happy with how quickly and well everything was done. A lovely hotel with a lot of heart. We’d happily return and recommend it.

The hosts deserve an extra star. They were fantastic and gave us really helpful advice on transport, tours, food, and shopping. Our room had a beautiful sea view, quirky decor, and was super clean with everything we needed. There’s also a lovely beach nearby, and the location is handy for the pier, walking street, and night market. We absolutely loved our stay at Lanta MP Place and highly recommend it. ❤️

The location was peaceful, on the quieter side of Ko Lanta, with the beach just a few steps away. Shops, the walking street, and the arrival pier were all within walking distance. It was also a great spot for both sunrise and sunset. The room felt worth the price and was equipped like a five-star hotel, down to cotton buds, a shower cap, quality body wash and shampoo, and a hair dryer. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts treated us like family and made us feel like VIPs. They went above and beyond to help with everything, and the coffee the owner made from proper coffee beans was excellent. They also offer laundry, scooter and bicycle hire, and can book tours and boat trips at the best price. We had a fantastic stay for a few nights, and I’d give our first visit 6/5 stars. This is our Koh Lanta home whenever we come back. Highly recommend, and we will return.
