It was cheap and decent, and I’d still recommend it for the price and access to the pool at Nature Beach Resort. The room had a few problems, though: the toilet flush didn’t work properly, one lamp was broken, and the fridge wasn’t plugged in. It also needed an adapter for the Thai outlet. Small odd things, but they added up. The receptionist was friendly, if a little nosy. She did her best to steer us toward her daughter’s restaurant 😄

The staff were polite and kind, the room was large, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Prices were good, there were plenty of services, including excursions, scuba diving, and easy motorcycle rental, and the sea was very close. A couple of things could be better: the shower was awkward to use, the head wouldn’t stay put so we often had to hold it, and the drain was a bit clogged. The internet also wasn’t always stable. Everything else was perfect. I’m sure they can act on this feedback, so I’ve given five stars and would definitely recommend it.

The place was clean and a good value, with easy access to the beach. Staff were helpful and always smiling, and you can rent scooters there too.

I booked with the hotel and the agent confirmed all the details correctly. About an hour later, the hotel messaged to say they had no room and blamed the computer system. Luckily we were staying next door, so we went over to check. They showed me a manual chart saying they were full, not a computerized system.
