We asked to leave early, and the woman at the desk didn't seem surprised. She kindly charged us for just one night. The reason we left was the condition of the place and the insects. Our first room was full of ants, and the replacement had even more, along with a cockroach and a lizard. I spent an hour before checkout trying to get ants out of my bag. The hotel looks like it could be nice, but it seems past its prime, dilapidated, and badly in need of renovation. It isn't a four-star hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it. Even in Koh Lanta's quiet low season, there are nicer places to stay.

The rooms are big and come with a jacuzzi and private swimming pool. There's also a good pool, plus a gym and spa. The staff were nice, and it's relaxing, just a few minutes from Saladan centrum.
