We liked the place's relaxed energy so much that we extended our stay and moved to an upgraded room. The property was beautiful, the staff were lovely, and renting a bike there was easy. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach. I'd highly recommend it.

We stayed four nights and had a great time, even though the island was quiet during low season. The room had air conditioning, a TV and a small kitchen area, and the pool was clean. Reception arranged transport to Krabi for us, and motorbike rental is available. We also got our laundry done.

I had to request a free cancellation 18 days before we were due to arrive because of a medical emergency. I sent several emails and the hotel ignored every one. If their policy doesn't allow free cancellation, even in an emergency, fine, but refusing to reply at all was impolite, unprofessional and very poor service.

A fuss-free, comfortable stay in a great location. Everything worked, the room was clean and the bedding was decent. The staff were welcoming and kind. To request room service, remember to hang the tag outside your door.

Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly, and the beach and restaurants were just a few minutes away on foot. Wish we'd had more time!
