My bungalow still wasn't ready when I arrived at 15:15, even though check-in was listed from 14:00. I had to wait until 16:15 to get in, which was frustrating after a long journey. Worse, the owner wouldn't let me cancel the fourth and final night, despite the serious problems and the advertised conditions not being provided. I'd booked a Modern Bungalow with garden view and air conditioning. Instead, there was only a fan, and the supposed garden view was a dirty wall with trash. I have photos that show this clearly. Everything was dirty, with several cockroaches in the bungalow, which is unacceptable and a serious health concern. This was the worst place I've ever stayed. I'd give it zero stars if I could. It's misleading, unhygienic, and poorly managed. I strongly advise anyone considering it to stay away. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I've traveled around the world for about 5 years and never come across such a bad business. They treated me incredibly poorly and even shouted at me to make me pay. Money seems to be the only thing they care about. The toilet was clogged for 4 days, and the whole place smelled like sewage. Everything they offer is terrible. I definitely don't recommend it. If you absolutely can't find anywhere else, you might manage for two days.

We decided not to stay after seeing the accommodation and all the rubbish around. The place seemed overpriced for what it offered and the state of the area. There was nobody at reception, and the poor communication was unacceptable to me. I asked all day for the no-refund fee to be waived, but heard nothing. Ten hours later they asked when we'd check in. I replied and got no answer. I was prepared to lose the money, but it was bad enough that we left and lost 2000thb. If you don't mind rubbish everywhere or you're a hippy, it might suit you. Take note of the 1* reviews.

The booking site described a bungalow, but we got a bamboo hut measuring 1,5m x 1,5m instead. We slept on the floor with just a sheet and pillow. The outdoor showers had no sink. The wifi connection was good, though.
