The team was wonderfully kind, and you could feel how well they worked together in the service. I’ll definitely return, and want to thank everyone. My bungalow was tastefully decorated, with bedding I found very comfortable, especially the firm mattress. The garden was perfectly maintained, and the peaceful sea view was a highlight. My only regret was that swimming straight from the beach was quite difficult. Breakfast was decent, though not especially memorable. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking. This stay became one of my loveliest memories in Koh Mak.

i'm sorry i can't give a better review. the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the spot on the small peninsula is really nice and quiet. the place is well maintained, the restaurant food was delicious, and the sunset was perfect. but it was quite expensive and didn't meet my expectations. the bungalows are nice, just small. the mattress was much too hard and the pillows too thick. there was no daily room cleaning, so we had a lot of sand inside. breakfast was one dish à la carte, not a buffet, and the free coffee wasn't drinkable. swimming here isn't great either. we paid around 80 usd per room, a bit under 3000 baht. even for Koh Mak, i expected more comfort for that price.

Our air-conditioned bungalow was spotless and just a few steps from the sea. I woke to a breathtaking sunrise on this peaceful little island. The stay felt authentic, with a Thai family owning the whole cape and the restaurant on the hill. They care for the land meticulously, keeping it spotless and turning it into a lush, beautifully landscaped garden. It was everything I could have hoped for.
