The villa is a small 3 bhk condo with a small pool, not the huge space the photos make it look like. The house and rooms worked well and had good amenities, but the service and repeated requests for extra money felt uncalled for. The host wasn’t very involved day to day, yet was quick to call about charges. They asked 400 baht for a towel that got dirty when we used it to clean grease off one of our bodies. After negotiating, we paid 200. The ACs were dripping water too.

We rented the whole place, so we had it to ourselves, and the lobby can also be used for group gatherings. There are two pools right outside for a dip. It’s a small resort with modern bungalows, each with a living room, bedroom, and a decent-sized bathroom. Given how few luxurious villas Pattaya has to offer, it’s actually a very nice option.
