The staff were great, very friendly, and could arrange speed boats back to Phuket, Krabi, and other places. Rooms felt very new, clean, and comfortable. There's free coffee and water in the room. Have 1000 baht ready for the room deposit, which you get back at checkout. The hotel is beautifully clean and right in the heart of Phi Phi, between the pier and the main swimming beach. It's a four-minute walk to the pier and McDonald's, where day trips meet, and two minutes to the swimming beach.

The staff were super helpful: they arranged a snorkeling trip, fixed a water leak right after check-in, and carried our baggage to the pier. We had everything we needed in the room, including a mini fridge and safe. It was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the streets were quiet once we shut the balcony door. We also walked to Long Beach once, about 35 minutes with beautiful scenery, and the viewpoints were around 15-20 minutes away. We had a great time in Phi Phi. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, both beaches, the market, and bars.

The family room was bright, spacious, and spotless, including the bathroom. It can be set up with two singles and a double or with two doubles. The fridge was cold, and they refilled the chilled water every day. Service was efficient and extremely friendly, especially the lovely receptionists. I'd stay here again, particularly if I were diving with The Adventure Divers, since they're just on the other street.

I don't understand the good reviews. The room itself was nice, but we had little to no hot water. It might run hot for a minute, then turn cold, so we couldn't shower properly. Whenever we turned on the tap, there was a strong sewage smell. They said there was nothing they could do because they were fully booked. Apart from the location, there was nothing good about the hotel, and it definitely wasn't worth the price.
