I wish I'd known before arriving that wild monkeys might be right outside the room door. We were confronted by them as soon as we got there, and it was alarming and felt unsafe, not a cute sighting from afar. Nothing on the listing mentioned wildlife near the rooms, and staff gave us no warning or help. Families with young children and anyone worried about animal encounters should take this into account before reserving. The room bore little resemblance to the listing photos, and the actual condition was well below what was advertised. It was a significant mismatch, not a small difference. We raised both problems and requested cancellation and a full refund, but the response was inadequate and didn't reflect how serious we felt the situation was. I've formally escalated the matter to Booking.com with evidence of the safety incident and listing. Please research carefully before booking. People should know what they're paying for and feel safe where they sleep.

It's only really suitable for a budget solo traveler until the place gets improved. I stayed one night, and found it quite unclean, with loose tiles on the walkways that could be dangerous. I can't recommend it for anyone traveling with kids.

We had a standard room, and for the price in Thailand these days it was fine: double bed, hot shower, and good AC. The fancier rooms with better views mean climbing lots of steps, but the staff carry your backpacks. People have exaggerated the bad reviews, honestly. It's not fancy, so if you expect resort vibes at this price, look elsewhere. For me, 10/10.

The room leaked when it rained, and it wasn't cleaned once during our night there. The sheets were smelly and stained, and I was bitten all over my arm by something that didn't seem like ordinary mosquitoes. There were holes in the rooms. The path in was dark, muddy, and full of rubbish, and the location wasn't as shown. The photos on Booking.com were completely fake. I tried explaining the problems to her through a translator, but she either didn't understand or pretended not to. Reception couldn't answer questions and didn't speak English. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, just bread with egg and sachets of coffee and sugar. I hated everything about the stay. I've never felt so disgusted by a place, and I travel six times a year. I didn't see the reviews before booking, so I'm writing this to help keep others from falling for this scam.
