Ton Sai Pier is only about 400-450 m away, roughly a five or six minute walk, and shops, restaurants and the main beach area are close by. It’s an easy spot for exploring Phi Phi Don on foot. We stayed one night, and for that short visit it did the job. The rooms are basic and functional, though not especially comfortable. The bed wasn’t great, and the air conditioning took a while to cool things down. It was clean, but there’s no breakfast or in-house dining, just water and coffee. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Before we arrived, we were asked to send our ferry details so they could help collect our bags at the pier. We sent them, but nobody came. At check-in someone helped carry our luggage up to the third floor, but there was no help at checkout. The service felt inconsistent, and the staff weren’t as friendly as at other places we’ve stayed. For a longer visit it might feel less comfortable. It’s a budget stay in a good location, but if comfort, amenities and warm service matter, you may want another place.

A small hotel on Phi Phi island, nicely decorated and well kept. Our room on the second floor wasn’t big, but it was maintained well. The staff were friendly, and they provided beach towels for swimming at the beach. You’ll need to walk a few minutes from the harbor, as there are no vehicles on Phi Phi. Let the hotel know when you arrive with luggage so they can arrange to handle it. There’s no lift, only stairs. For a short stay on the island, this budget hotel is a good option.

The place was super quiet for us on the bottom floor, and we didn’t hear partying or other noise. The room had wonderfully cold air conditioning and was very clean. Staff were always friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. We borrowed beach towels, which was handy since we were packing light for a 24 hour trip. An extra bed was only $23 Aus, and asking for more pillows was no problem. 7 eleven is practically next door. Great price for a clean, comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Miss Warunee was especially kind and helpful, and the whole team was warm, friendly, and ready to help with recommendations or arrangements. The atmosphere felt relaxed and stylish, a nice mix of island charm and comfort. Our room was clean and modern, beautifully designed, and had a really comfortable bed. Indigo Hotel Phi Phi is close to everything while still being peaceful enough to relax. I had an amazing stay and would happily return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phi Phi. ❤️

The room was very basic and seemed to need some maintenance. We were next to a karaoke bar, and loud music and parties carried on into the early morning. The windows didn’t block much sound, so ask for a room away from Karaoke bar if you stay here. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful, and the hotel itself was clean. The location is handy for restaurants, the pier and night beach party spots, about a 5-10 minute walk. Long Beach is around 30 minutes on foot, and there are viewpoints nearby. In the morning there’s free coffee and biscuits, plus free drinking water refills.
