We were very dissatisfied, and the poor room conditions affected our trip. The room was tiny and didn't match its description when we booked. It had a strong, unpleasant smell, and my child had no bed even though his name was clearly listed on the Agoda voucher. I reported everything to reception, but they offered no solution and told me to contact Agoda directly.

The bathroom is so cramped you have to stand to use it, with barely any room to move. They charge you for anything that gets broken, even by accident. The staff are rude, the rooms are much smaller than the photos suggest, and there’s no pool. I wouldn’t take a free room here. It could be the worst night of your life.

The room made it hard to relax: it was dirty, smelled bad the whole time, and had a mattress that felt like a board. The sheets looked unwashed, and the bathroom was moldy and neglected. Wi-Fi barely worked when we needed to plan our next stops. From arrival, staff seemed to be looking for reasons to keep our deposit, which felt dishonest and unprofessional. This was the worst place we stayed on our trip. Koh Phi Phi has plenty of better choices, so book somewhere else.

The room was a little small, but who spends much time in a room on Phi Phi? SAI arranged a really nice one for my wife and me, and the response from the resort was super quick. We were also very well looked after, and the place is right by the sea. Highly recommend. Kudos to SAI.

Cockroaches everywhere, bad-smelling towels, and a bathroom that was awful. The place was dirty, and the supposed cleaning seemed only for show because nothing actually got cleaned. The photos online are completely fake. They show a pool, but there isn’t one. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.
