Pum was one of the nicest, most genuine people we’ve ever met, and he made the stay even more memorable. From the start, we felt truly welcomed. The team were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, and the service was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was lovely, and even the small details showed how much they cared about the guest experience. Everything exceeded our expectations. We’d recommend this hotel to anyone after a relaxing, high quality stay. Thanks for everything!

The whole resort had a welcoming, family feel during our 10-night stay at Chaba Cabana Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. A special thank you to Pum, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful to our large group throughout the stay. His efforts really made a difference to our holiday.

The view was stunning, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the pool, and the beach. Having access to a SUP board was a nice bonus. The room was clean, with fresh bottles of water and paper towels replenished every day. Staff were all so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Jumben and Kid were especially cheerful and kind, and made our stay more memorable. We were genuinely sad to leave and would love to come back someday.

The soundproofing is basically zero. I could hear the room next door watching TV, not just the bass but everything. Maybe I just had a noisy neighbour, to be fair. The staff were nice, and the view was beautiful. It’s a lovely spot, close to the action without being right in the middle of it.

The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Tuk Tuk, Jampen, and Dum were amazing, and I can’t fault them. We stayed for 2 weeks in December and absolutely loved it. The deluxe villas were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a walk-in shower and freestanding bath. The pool and beachfront area were lovely for sunbathing and relaxing, and there was a nice bar area. Forced had was lovely. We’ll definitely be back.
