The pool was dirty, with lots of dead flies in it, and the kitchen was in poor shape. Bathrooms weren't clean, the bedroom sheets looked disgusting, and the house and facilities were badly maintained. The karaoke system didn't work at all. Avoid it.

The maid responded quickly when I asked for help, though the answer was "no." The villa itself was dirty and poorly maintained, with a garden and rooms that needed cleaning and terrible bathrooms. The room layouts were really odd. It's far from everything, and the area felt dark and unsafe. Flies were everywhere at night, and the sound system was so difficult to use I couldn't even turn the volume down.

We had a lot of fun here. The house was clean, private, and cozy, and it was great for hosting a party.

Good quality for the price, and the price was friendly. It's just quite far from Pattaya.

There was plenty of parking and the room was spacious and generally okay, though the bed felt a bit hard. A few rooms had working water heaters and air conditioning, but others didn't. Most remote controls had dead batteries, and the closet smelled musty. There was no tissue, soap, shampoo, refrigerator, or drinking water in the room. You couldn't lock the room from outside, and there was no key.
