Pinnacle Samui Resort

A lovely, completely quiet setting, with a beach view from the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was great, with Thai and Western choices and fresh, organic ingredients. The pool and beach area were very nice, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They also lend bikes for free, which made it easy to ride nearby for a massage or to pick up food. This is one of the best places I’ve visited abroad.

We were there for five nights on our honeymoon, and leaving was hard. The resort has about 50 separate huts, so even though it’s small, it felt like everyone had their own private space. The secluded beach never seemed busy, and when we needed more sun loungers the staff brought them over. The food was fantastic, and dinner at the hotel wasn’t that expensive, so we ate there a few times. Fisherman’s village was about a 20 minute taxi ride away; we booked through the hotel app, and it cost around 400 baht. It was the most relaxing, beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed in. I’d have happily spent our whole honeymoon week there, and only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The people here made a difficult situation much easier. Before our stay, close friends in Bangkok had a sudden medical emergency, so we asked if our dates could be changed. Third-party booking rules and availability made it complicated at first, but Khun Ohm and the team reviewed things again and found a thoughtful solution. They waived penalties and gave us a complimentary upgrade for the first two nights. They handled it quickly and with real empathy, which meant a lot while we were under stress. We arrived with our 7-month-old son and were welcomed warmly. We could use the facilities even though we arrived early, and throughout the stay the staff were attentive and kind without ever feeling forced. The villas are spacious and beautiful, the food was excellent, and the whole place felt calm, private, and full of genuine Thai hospitality. The setting is stunning: a peaceful private beach with palms, calm water, plenty of space, and no sense of mass tourism or noise. It really felt like paradise on earth. We understand the resort will close for extensive renovations in April/May 2026. We hope its tranquillity, elegance, and human warmth survive the changes. It’s rare to find such physical beauty paired with such considerate service. We wholeheartedly recommend Napasai to anyone considering Koh Samui, and we’ll absolutely return.

The location is a little far from everything, which suited us because we wanted privacy and quiet. There are still a few restaurants, a 7-eleven, and massage places within walking distance, so you can get out without taking a taxi if you like. We spent four nights here and loved it. Our sea view villa was spacious, with gorgeous views, and the private beach had plenty of beds and no crowds to worry about. The food was incredible. We had meals delivered to the beach a few times, and I’d definitely suggest eating at the restaurant at least once. If you’re after a peaceful, relaxing stay, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
