A clean place that works for longer stays too. It's in a very calm neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful places, and getting around is convenient. Bangala is an easy 20-minute walk away.

Clean, tidy facilities and a convenient location made this an excellent hotel.

The room was nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed, small balcony, fridge, air conditioning, and hot water. It's close to lots of restaurants and shops, though the outside can be noisy. Bike parking is extremely limited. Staff may say otherwise, but don't leave your bike across the hotel, the shop owner will complain. I've stayed here for two months. I like it as a nice budget hotel, but the location started to annoy me. This street and area attract a certain demographic that's rude and loud.

You can walk to basically everything, and there are two motorbike taxi stops conveniently on the street. The mountain views are on both sides, and the rooms are good. The Wi-Fi is superb for Patong. No elevator could be a bother if you're staying above the third floor.

The French owner and staff were super nice and helpful. We found the rooms clean and well furnished, and I didn't see a single ant. The beach and main road are about a 10-15 minute walk away. Very good value for the price, and I recommend it.
