The gym was nice, and I liked the pool, though most of its sunbeds stay in the shade during the day. Most rooms get little or no sun as well. Breakfast wasn't anything special to me. The room itself was clean, but music and Muay Thai training sounds from the courtyard behind the open corridor can be disruptive. This morning someone put music on at random and woke us at 7. It's close to the beach, but this isn't a beach resort, and I found the pictures misleading.

The location is a real plus, right by the beach and Bangla road. Fay was a gracious host at reception, and the rest of the team were just as helpful. They even arranged two extra nights to fit our travel plans. The resort had all the amenities we could ask for, and we had a splendid stay. I highly recommend it.

Our room was large and Nuch kept it immaculate, nothing was too much trouble for her. The whole staff were welcoming, especially Ple, whose bright smile greeted us at breakfast every day. We spent two weeks here and loved the quiet surroundings and convenient location. The room was disappointing in one respect: it was dark, faced a huge wall, and got no sun, despite being a deluxe pool access room, 1012. The pool is lovely but also gets little sun.

A cozy, lovely place for a few nights, especially if you want to wander around the so-called ‘party city’. We stayed for two nights, and it was very central, close to the big city life. The one drawback is that none of the pool sunbeds get sunshine. If lounging in the sun by the pool is your plan, it may not suit you, though you can cross the road and sunbathe at the beach.

We booked three rooms for six people and stayed 15 nights. This was one of the worst hotel stays we've ever had, without exaggeration. The only good part was the front desk team, NAY, OPAL and PHU. They were kind, professional, and did everything they reasonably could to help. They deserve recognition. The rest of the experience was unacceptable. Two rooms were in the first building, right over an Irish pub with live music almost every night. The noise was so bad that sleeping or resting was impossible. A bed inside the pub might honestly have been quieter. When I raised this the next day because my parents were in one of those rooms, the staff didn't seem surprised, which made it clear this was a recurring problem. We were promised a room change. The next morning I spoke to FAY at reception. She was rude, dismissive, ironic, and unprofessional. She kept repeating “26th of the month” without explaining anything or showing empathy. When I asked for the manager, she arrived looking uncomfortable and could only offer a move on the 24th, several days later. We weren't asking for an upgrade or special treatment, just a quiet room, the bare minimum a hotel should provide. We were told, “We have guests who can stay there without problem.” That response says a lot about the service and management. From the first day, things had already started badly: we arrived early and understood that early check-in wasn't possible, but the restaurant bathroom was extremely dirty and set a very negative tone. Cleaning was superficial throughout our 15-night stay. Beds were made and floors basically swept, but mirrors were never cleaned and proper cleaning was clearly lacking. There were ants around the bathroom sink almost every day, and an unbearable sewer smell. Many mornings the smell was so bad that using the toilet made me nauseous. The shower was a daily struggle, with water either scalding or freezing and no stable temperature. After midnight there was no hot water. Breakfast was boring and exactly the same every day, with no alternatives or variety. The bread and pastries were often stale. Omelettes were available, but all the eggs were cracked into a bowl and left in the heat, which seemed extremely unsafe for hygiene and food safety. A couple of other things felt absurd. Two glass water bottles are provided free each day, but if one breaks by accident, you're immediately handed an A4 sheet saying there's a 50 baht charge. Lose a room card and FAY will mock you, tell you it costs 500 baht, and refuse to give you a replacement. Instead, a staff member is sent to open the door so you can get the second card from inside. The hotel feels like a complete scam: loud, dirty, badly managed, and deeply misleading. Apart from NAY, OPAL and PHU, who were genuinely excellent and tried their best, the experience was unacceptable. I'd strongly advise future travelers to avoid it, especially if sleep, cleanliness, food safety, and basic respect matter to you.
