The rooftop was a nice spot to relax, and getting checked in was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Days Inn by Wyndham Patong Beach Phuket is conveniently placed near Patong Beach, shops, and restaurants, so it was easy to get around. A pleasant stay and good value. I’d consider coming back on my next Phuket trip.

The hotel, room, and location were good, but the checkout call left a terrible final impression. At 11:42 AM, with checkout at noon and us already getting ready to leave, we were called and warned about a 400 THB late fee. That felt rude and unnecessary. A 10-15 minute grace period seems like basic hospitality, and the caller’s tone came across as a threat rather than customer service. If the policy is that strict, it should be explained at check-in. Nobody told us, and being pressured just before checkout was unprofessional. The stay itself was good, but the way guests are handled at checkout needs serious improvement.

We were celebrating our third wedding anniversary during Christmas, and I’d mentioned it in the booking’s “Any special requests?” field without expecting anything. When we got to the room, it had been decorated in a really cute “Happy Honeymoon!” style. Such a lovely surprise. The staff were very friendly, and the accommodations were extremely clean. It’s a 10-minute walk to Patong Beach and 5 minutes to Bangla Road. Patong Beach is chaotic around the hotel, but we didn’t have any noise problems. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again! :)

For our short Phuket stay, the hotel worked really well. It’s right on the main street, with eateries and places to hang out easy to reach, and the staff took good care of us. Even so, it felt spacious, and our room was set back inside, so street noise didn’t disturb us. The rooms are relatively quiet despite the location.
