The location is convenient, near the pier, and there was a shuttle bus. The hotel also provides motorcycles for free. But the reservation system was quite confusing because of the staff. I wouldn't recommend the room: the facilities were very old and broken. The bathroom was dirty, with hair in the bathtub and an open shampoo bottle when I checked in. The pool looked like a pond, with green water so murky you couldn't see anything.

The pool is an algae farm, the hallways smell strongly of cigarettes, and the TVs in the rooms look like they're from the late 80s. This place feels like a dump, with nothing maintained or cleaned for probably 40 years. Breakfast was the bare minimum. At least the A/C worked and the sheets were clean.

The staff were really nice, and I liked the room's old-fashioned feel. I stayed two nights for 2,000 baht, with the motorbike rental included.

We didn't stay there, just went to have a look out of curiosity. It felt like a European hotel from the fifties, lol. There are much better choices on the island.
