The food was a real highlight. The chef clearly cares about his cooking, and the Thai dishes tasted authentic. He even prepared a fish I caught in tamarind sauce, which was exceptional. There's also a clean, friendly massage parlour on site. The owners are warm and down to earth, and the location is convenient for nearby amenities. Having a liquor shop and launderette just across the road is handy, too.

The spacious rooms were quiet, and the new owners made me feel very welcome during my low-season stay. I enjoyed an afternoon swim in the pool before driving around the island. There's a massage shop on site, along with a bar and restaurant. I'd happily stay again, and highly recommend it.

We booked the family room, which had a huge veranda overlooking the sea. The place is tucked behind the restaurant at the front, and the owners and staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was standard but tasty. I'd stay again.
