The free breakfast was poor quality, with cold coffee, and there was a cockroach on the cafe furniture. The back bar staff were nice, but the music was extremely loud, and the furniture was rusty and covered in sea spray. Our room faced that area, which was very dirty and cluttered with junk. There was music blaring until 5am, so there was no peace and quiet. The towels were old, and the door lock was faulty, leaving us feeling insecure. Wheelchair users, don't come here. We couldn't get to the pool because it was barricaded off, and I couldn't shower my daughter in our room because the shower was over the bath. This was awful. Booking.com and the owners are to blame.

The staff were friendly and got us extra pillows straight away when we asked. The pool could have been cleaner, and some of the old sunbeds were broken. We were overcharged on our drinks bill twice. They corrected it and apologized, but twice?

This hotel has a great location and amazing staff, but it's really run down. Mold is everywhere, and every room literally smells of it. In the beachfront villas, cockroaches in the room seem to be standard. The sheets are dirty or have holes, and the toilets have caked-on dirt that probably hasn't been cleaned properly in years. The good reviews mostly seem to come from people who only stopped by for a beer or something to eat. Don't waste your money here. Sorry, never again.

It's a great low-priced hotel right next to the beach. Ideal if you're here to party, especially for the Full Moon Party!
