We’ve tried a few places along Thong Nai Pan beach, but keep returning here. It feels like a home away from home, and it’s a relaxing, dependable beach stay for families. The buffet breakfast is always a highlight for our kids, and the rest of the food is great too. Rooms are reliably clean and comfortable, and the staff are consistently friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

The manager made my stay extremely stressful, and this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I paid through Booking.com, but he refused to accept that and demanded I pay directly. As soon as I complained to Booking.com, he suddenly agreed to take the original payment. That felt dishonest and was unacceptable. I’d seen lots of complaints about him online, and now I understand why.

The location was wonderful, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, with eggs made how you like them. My only small snag was that the outlets stopped working when I plugged in my steamer, but it didn’t cause a big problem.

We’d been on Koh Phangan for a week and had only found welcoming people, so this was shocking. Two families, including four kids who were just talking to one another, came for breakfast while we were staying nearby. We were literally the only table in the restaurant. When we tried to order shakes, the server said we were too loud and should go elsewhere, even though there was no yelling. We spoke several languages, and he said he knew where we were from and that we’d better leave. There are plenty of lovely places nearby where staff don’t discriminate based on assumptions about who you are or where you come from.
