The view is nice and the rooms are clean, with greenery all around. But the bathroom smell keeps coming back, and the shower pressure is very low. There are insects around and sometimes in the room too. I was bitten by a centipede right on the bed.

Waking up to a direct view of the beach, with greenery all around, felt like a dream. The place is so clean and cozy, with plenty of space in a green area close to everything you need. Communication was great, and they clean weekly, with lots of care put into the details. Best place to stay in KPG for me. 5/5 stars!

We spent almost a month in the first-floor unit, which is thoughtfully designed and has excellent amenities. The view was breathtaking. This was our second time staying at a place hosted by Ola and Archie, and their properties are always clean, well kept, and set up for a relaxed, convenient stay. Problems in our home country delayed our return, and Ola and Archie were very understanding. They kindly let us extend our stay while we sorted out tickets home. I'm truly grateful for that flexibility. Whether you choose this house or one of Ola and Archie's other places, don't hesitate. It's the best place in Ko Phangan!

We stayed four nights as a group of six and had a great time. The villa has an unreal sea view and a really beautiful, modern design.
