We booked for 19 days and were very happy here, it’s a great place to unwind. The room was simple and cool, though the hill kept it in shade for most of the day until lunchtime. It’s pet friendly, with space for dogs to run around. Koh Phangan has had little or no rain lately, so the waterfall and the swimming pools and pond are completely empty right now. I guess that’s to be expected at the height of summer.
It’s very quiet here, and just a five minute walk to the beach. We liked having plenty of room for our dogs to run free, and the room itself was large and comfortable. They accept big dogs without an extra charge. The owner’s dogs roam around too, but they’re all good. We’d definitely come back. I’m not sure how quiet it gets in rainy season when the waterfall has more water.
The houses are cozy, recently renovated, and have kitchens. There’s a nice view from the balcony, with the waterfall and sea nearby. It’s fairly quiet since there’s no transport inside and the nearest road is at the end of the road, so there isn’t much traffic. The main road is behind the hill, though, and you can hear it.
Warm, cozy place that seems especially good for a longer stay. The owners are really nice. Try the zip line next to the waterfall.
A good spot to relax.
