⚠️Don’t rent scooters here! ⚠️ QianWan BuYao Zu MoTuoChe!! PianZi! We rented a scooter for three days, but the first, green one had a problem. Whenever we went over a speed bump, it felt like it was about to scrape the ground. We asked to swap it and got a white scooter instead. After riding it from the pier to the other side of the island, it wouldn’t start. Both scooters had problems, and we only had them for 26 hours in total. The staff refused to refund anything, even though we paid for three days and didn’t use them for the last 1.5 days. Seriously? I wouldn’t rent from them again. I should’ve read the reviews first. I hope you see this before renting.

Don’t rent a scooter or bike here. I got two broken scooters within 24 hours, paid for three days, and got no refund.

The location is probably the main reason to choose this hotel. The rest of the room was fine, the bathroom was very nice, and the air conditioning, outlets, and hot water all worked perfectly. But the bed was the worst I’ve slept in in Thailand in 15 years. It sagged after just two minutes of lying on it and stayed that way, and I’d seen people complaining about the same thing over a year ago. Please replace those beds. Some employees also need to improve their attitude toward tourists. When I arrived, reception was empty and there wasn’t much information or help. The employee who eventually appeared wasn’t useful and had a bad attitude. On my departure day, Agoda emailed to say my booking had been cancelled, even though I’d stayed as booked. I’m concerned they might charge me twice. And about the hotel’s childish reply to my review: I didn’t say there were check-in problems, so please read it again. The way you respond shows you can’t take criticism. I’m glad I’m a level 10 Google Guide, so many people will see my review. I’ll post the same thing on Agoda because of your reply, so people can know how you treat customers.

Don’t rent scooters here. They’re all damaged, broken, and dangerous.
