Finding the place was tricky, it’s down an alleyway. There wasn’t really a check-in: the woman handed over the keys but didn’t give me any Wi-Fi details. The people were friendly enough, but I wouldn’t call this a 3-star hotel. They provided two bottles of water, shampoo, and body soap. The air-conditioning was strong. There were big gaps under the doors, though, and I had to kill two mosquitoes that night and stuff plastic bags against the door.

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s family-run, with only 17 bungalows, and in a perfect spot for exploring. I’d highly recommend it.

The people running this place are really nice. It’s quiet, has a beautiful pool, and is only 100 meters from Bangrak Beach.

Had a brilliant stay at Baan Archa. The family who own it are lovely, and nothing is too much trouble.
