Walking straight onto the sand was such a pleasure. The beach is used only by people staying in the houses, and the sea felt very safe. The Manager also arranged massages at the house and a lovely boat trip for us. The whole complex is gorgeous, with luxurious but calming indoor spaces. Our bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and private, with a view of the beautiful gardens. We regularly used the well-equipped gym and yoga areas. The chef made excellent food, with a first-class range of cuisines and plenty of choice. Local restaurants are good and worth trying too. Staff were very helpful without hovering. We'd definitely return to Baan Kilee.

The setting is beautiful, with incredible sunset views, and the staff are always smiling and helpful. Our huge room had every comfort, including a lovely private outdoor shower and a big bath. The food was healthy, varied, and adjusted to our tastes and schedule. We'll be back!

Thank you to Khun Mai, Khun Bao, and the whole team for taking such good care of us throughout the trip. The estate was beautiful and well kept, especially the garden. Chef made delicious food and was flexible about different meal times and the toddlers' needs. We had a great trip!

I spent a full month at this beachfront property in Koh Samui with three different groups of friends, and it's a place that stays in your mind after you leave. It's beautifully designed, spacious, and presented impeccably, yet it doesn't feel too big or overwhelming. There are plenty of private corners when you want some space. The layout can suit all kinds of occasions, from family celebrations and friend groups to corporate retreats and weddings.

We spent six days at Baan Kilee in November 2025. The in-house chef and his team prepared excellent food, and the accommodation was excellent too. The staff were consistently friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. I'd highly recommend it if you're after a luxurious place on Koh Samui.
