The rooms were quiet even though the beachfront restaurant was being renovated, and the work didn't disrupt our stay at all. The resort is well located and close to everything, with clean facilities and well-kept grounds. There were lots of choices at breakfast, plus a large food and drinks menu. We could relax by the pool or on a beach lounger, and both spots were very peaceful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. They're a cheerful team with a great sense of humour, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

I spent two weeks at the hotel and everything was wonderful. The rooms and the whole property, pool included, were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was decent. The newly renovated beachfront restaurant was great, though a little pricier than other places nearby. The hotel is between the main road and the beach, yet it stays very quiet. It's in the best location in Chaweng, with everything an easy walk away.

We had a fantastic time at Baan Samui Resort. It's right on a lovely stretch of Chaweng Beach, with the town's best restaurants and shops just steps away, so getting around is easy. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, and made us feel at home from the first day. For a beachfront place, the price is unbeatable. You get clean, comfortable rooms without paying luxury rates. If you want somewhere central, friendly and charming with great value, this is a great choice for a Koh Samui visit.

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful, relaxing setting. Jaja and Tarn were especially kind and attentive, and took such good care of my daughter, Pei-Pei. We felt welcome and comfortable the whole time. I'd highly recommend it to families.

I've stayed at Baan Samui five times in the last two years, and it's honestly my favorite hotel in the world. The grounds are beautiful, the other guests are respectful, and the staff are so friendly and wonderful that they feel like family. They've gone out of their way to help me through travel problems more than once, and I feel indebted to them. I'll definitely be back. It really is a home away from home. Thank you to everyone there!
