The hotel stays quiet, with no loud music, while nightlife starts just outside the resort. We used their taxi service to get around, which cost less than Grab. Staff were attentive, and the room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view over the pool from upstairs, without anyone looking in. We arrived before it was ready and waited by the beach; once it was available, the receptionist showed us around. I’d recommend staying here, especially in a room nearer the beach.

The beachside houses are lovely, with a café, shower, and a beautiful green garden. Inside ours were a king bed, a desk, a large shower, a table, and a refrigerator. Everything was great!

For the price, the rooms are spacious and good, especially compared with other expensive hotels that have direct beach access. You can walk straight to the beach, and the whole team was friendly, helpful, and provided great service. The veranda was also a lovely spot to relax.

The room was clean, the location was great, and the staff were very friendly. Getting to the beach was easy. The downsides were weak air conditioning and poor shower pressure.

Soon after we arrived, our room began to smell like sewage. We told staff we were leaving early and asked for a refund; they agreed. Later they said they had submitted it, but booking.com never received anything from them and wouldn’t refund us. We ended up paying twice to find a room at another hotel, which was really unfortunate.
