The grounds are immaculate, with gardens tended every day, and the bungalows feel like a little tropical village. Ours was peaceful at night, and the rooms were cleaned to an incredibly high standard daily. Every bungalow also comes with free air conditioning, a safe, Wi-Fi, and two bottles of water each day. The bathroom had toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, soap, shower caps, fresh towels each day, a hairdryer and more. There are three pools at different depths, plus a private stretch of beach with plenty of free loungers and parasols. The beachfront restaurant has lovely sea views, a full range of drinks, and a great food menu. The whole place felt like paradise, and I can't understand why it's rated just three stars when everything felt five-star. The reception team listened to any concerns and sorted them within five minutes. The manager, Ananya, personally made sure we were happy. When they learned my wife would be celebrating her 70th birthday during our stay, they decorated the bed and left us a delicious cake at no extra cost. The location was great for sleeping peacefully, though the livelier, noisy part of town was only a 20-minute walk away. There were also plenty of restaurants just a few metres along the way into town. My wife and I had an amazing holiday at Chaweng Cove. Thank you from Gary and Jackie Lamb. Rooms B14 and B4 gave us such a wonderful time.

The room and facilities were great, and the restaurant's bartender was really friendly. Staff in general were lovely. The cleaning team also took time to explain my questions about the minibar and towels. They even surprised me with a small birthday cake, and helped me put disinfectant on after I slipped outside the hotel in the rain. I really appreciated all of that. I'd happily stay again and recommend it :)

A quieter part of Baan Chaweng, with a 7/11 close by and interesting things around the area. The resort was very pleasant, the rooms clean and practical, and the beds comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of choice, and they kept topping it up. They can arrange rides and trips, which is handy if you're less experienced at travelling. Reception is open 24/7. 10/10 ⭐️

The restaurant space is attractive and well cared for, with a view over the beach. The bungalow area looks nice too, though I can't say what they're like inside. Guests get sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach towels, and the air conditioning was good and fairly quiet. My superior room had no balcony, and I hadn't expected it to face a busy road with traffic day and night. Even the double window and earplugs didn't help much, and I woke up repeatedly. I'd asked for a quiet room, but that request wasn't met. The room itself felt lifeless, with no pictures or decor, and more like a plain two-star place than a superior one. Breakfast felt cheap: no vegan choices, lukewarm water for tea, and bad coffee. The hotel is on a noisy, busy road in central Chaweng. For the price, I wouldn't return.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was good, and we had access to both the pool and beach. There are lots of shops and places to eat nearby.
