Chi Samui Resort

After busy days of sightseeing, it was so peaceful coming back to this resort, with its palms and jungle views. The beach is five minutes away, and there's a free shuttle to the beach club. We loved the calm setting and honestly everything about our stay. We'll definitely return, hopefully soon. Thanks for taking such good care of us and making it feel magical. We had a wonderful family visit. There was so much included: yoga, steam rooms, a gym, and a massage and well-being centre. Breakfast was buffet style, with a huge range of fresh food. It's a beautiful resort with a lot to offer.

The beach club is quite expensive compared with other spots on the beach, and I wish the hotel restaurant was non-smoking. Smoke around breakfast was off-putting. Still, I loved my stay, and the included shuttle was great. For the price, the place felt really premium. The rooms are huge and well equipped, the pool area is great, and both the spa and gym were good. Breakfast was brilliant.

The hotel is quiet, with a few bars and restaurants and the beach about a 5-10 minute walk away. For more nightlife, it's around a 15-minute taxi ride. There is also a free shuttle during the day to local places, which came in handy for 7 11 and a nearby restaurant. Yoga classes and the gym are included, and the pool area is lovely. We originally booked three nights, but arrived to find our room had been upgraded to the penthouse suite. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by another week. Khun was especially kind and attentive. He invited us to contact him on WhatsApp for anything and helped with everything, including arranging the extension. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again.

We went to Chi Samui Beach Club a few times and loved the luxurious feel. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a special day in the sun. The atmosphere is chic yet friendly and professional, the food was excellent, and we had so many tempting options to choose from. Manager Lucas ran everything smoothly, with help from an amazing team. OLAY made our visits memorable with a positive, gracious manner and probably the best service we've ever had. Thank you, OLAY, LUCUS, and the team for making our holiday feel so special. Back at Chi Samui Resort Hotel, the boutique feel was relaxed and the grounds were immaculate. The service stood out most. KHUN went above and beyond, checking that we and the other guests were enjoying our stay, offering recommendations, and answering general questions. He's a real asset to the hotel.
