Samui Natien Beach Resort

Waking up to sunrise on chewang beach was wonderful, and breakfast started as early as 7. The beds were comfortable and the rooms roomy, with massage huts beside the sunbeds. The staff were incredibly helpful: with just a couple of hours’ notice, they arranged flower decorations and a cake in our room for my partner’s birthday. Service was 10/10. Such a great experience. 🙏🌸

The team made us feel welcome, and we especially appreciated the helpful, polite staff. The male receptionist spoke very good English, which made check-in and check-out easy. Our room, No.: 403, was dirty when we arrived. We told reception, and it was cleaned the next morning with a sincere apology. After that, it stayed clean every day. We liked the beachside restaurant and the delicious breakfast, with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables plus a nice range of European and Thai food. The à la carte dishes were tasty too, especially the Thai ones, with satisfying portions and presentation. The beach was clean and one of the calmer, nicer spots compared with other beaches on the island, though the water had a bit of algae. Happy hour cocktails were tasty and discounted, lovely for watching sunset by the sea. My main complaint was the breakfast coffee, which was quite bad. There was no lactose-free or plant-based milk either, something that would be easy to improve for guests with dietary needs. We had a very good stay overall, with a beautiful tropical garden, nice rooms, and friendly staff. I’d recommend it.

Room no:501 has an unbelievable view across Koh Samui, and the offshore landscape right in front of the swimming pool is stunning. The property sits in the middle of Chaweng Market, but it still feels calm once you’re inside. The room has great amenities, and the generous staff made my stay so much better. Wow, what a beauty! 😍🤩❤️

I’d read mixed reviews and had some doubts, but this hotel turned out to be a lovely find. It’s right on the beach, with the “strip” just minutes away. For a quieter walk, head left up the beach toward the fire shows and all the restaurants. The rooms are modern, large, and spacious, and the beds may be the comfiest we’ve ever slept in. AC worked really well, and the gardens were well kept. We also enjoyed finding the Koi carp pond. There’s plenty of choice for food and drinks, and the prices are great, though breakfast was a little limited. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Would we stay again? Absolutely.
