The price was fair, around 600-800 baht in the off-season, and I found it good value overall. My room was large, well equipped, and right beside the huge pool. The location was quiet and good for relaxing, and the modern gym had plenty of equipment. During my two-week stay, though, the power went out several times and the internet occasionally had problems. Electricity was billed separately at 6 baht/kWh and water at 50 baht/m³. I paid only 270 baht because I hardly used the air conditioning. Sit, the manager, is kind and helpful, and the room is cleaned promptly. I've stayed here for longer periods more than once and really like the place. The large pool has different depths, with sun loungers and umbrellas, and whatever room you choose has a great view. It's a good condo for the money, and I'll come back again.

The rooms vary in what they include depending on the owner, but I've stayed in several and found the layouts good, with high ceilings and balconies. Some have excellent views of the mountains, the sea, and Koh Phangan. It's a quiet area in a great location, with cafes nearby and the beach about a 10-minute walk away. There's a large pool with a pleasant, cozy sun lounger area, a gym with the essentials, and secure parking. Reception is available, and the manager responds quickly to questions.

It's an older place, but well maintained, with good air conditioning and a large clean pool. Mae Nam Beach is about 12 minutes away. The apartments are spacious, with high ceilings, and vary in amenities since they have different owners, so there's something to suit different tastes. There's a gym with table tennis, plenty of coffee shops nearby, and the Immigration Office is a five-minute walk. A jungle road runs past the property and lets you get to the other end of the island.
