Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui

I was so happy to get my White Lotus moment here. The beach is stunning, and the big pool is just the right temperature for spending a dreamy day. Our rooms were thoughtfully designed, spotless, and had beautiful views. It's the luxury and comfort you'd expect from Four Seasons. The food was incredible, and the staff did everything they could to help. You can see the care and effort put into maintaining the resort in all the details. The most beautiful resort in Koh Samui.

The people here are what made it unforgettable. I've never teared up leaving a hotel before, but saying goodbye felt like leaving home. We travelled a long way and would do it all again in a heartbeat. The property itself is breathtaking, but the team's heartfelt, flawless hospitality deserves the highest recognition. For seven straight days, nothing went wrong. Housekeeping, concierge, guest experience, the pool team, dining, and transportation all ran seamlessly. Everyone was intuitive, warm, and quick to learn our preferences, making things personal instead of scripted. We arrived to a villa upgrade and beautiful “Happy Anniversary” decorations, then were surprised again and again. They noticed our books and left leather bookmarks, saw our tangled electronic cords and brought leather organizers, and occasionally folded our clothes. When they learned we were inspired to visit by The White Lotus, Gift and Bee offered a private tour of the resort's filming locations. It was thoughtful and fun. A full week let us enjoy so much: a Lunar New Year beach dinner with a fire show, private villa dinners, cultural activities, and a couples’ photoshoot. They even adjusted some activities around our schedule so we wouldn't miss out. Dining was Michelin level at every restaurant. After hearing how much I love Indian food, Chef Deepak made special Indian breakfast dishes and spent time connecting with us at the table. It added a personal touch to an already world class experience. When I hurt my toe at the pool one evening, the whole team rushed over, stopped the bleeding, and looked after me while keeping us laughing. I felt like family, not a guest. P.S. The people are what stayed with us most. From housekeeping to the restaurants, and especially the spa team, everyone was naturally kind and attentive. The spa therapists were skilled and warm, and each visit felt personal rather than routine. We've seen plenty of resorts, and this one has a calm, beautiful setting, generous views, and a sense of space that's hard to find on the island. It's a good fit if you want to be away from busy areas. The steep terrain makes walking around unrealistic, though, so we relied on buggies to get everywhere. They were efficient, but that took away the simple freedom of getting around on foot. Here, the staff shaped our experience more than the design or the view.

Our stay at Four Samui was exceptional, with warm, attentive service and a consistently professional team. I'm especially grateful to Karn, the massage therapist. I have a chronic injury, and the results from Karn’s treatment were remarkable, honestly better than what I'd experienced with more traditional treatments in the USA. His knowledge, skill, and therapeutic approach made a real difference. Truly grateful.
