Hansar Samui Resort & Spa

The food was delicious, the cocktails were very well made, and we always found room by the lovely pool. The beach was the same. Our room was incredible, and they even upgraded us for free. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't wait to come back.

This beautiful resort on Bo phut beach has spectacular views and would suit honeymooners. The spacious rooms have large balconies for relaxing and a distinctive layout with a bathtub in the middle of the room. It would help to have hooks in the toilets and shower rooms for towels, clothes, and gowns. A shower curtain was installed when we asked. The pool is large, and housekeeping staff were very courteous, as was TK at the front desk. They arranged airport pickup and drop-off too. The neat resort has a boardwalk leading to Fisherman's Village, with restaurants serving food from around the world.

We really enjoyed the hotel, especially the room, and I want to thank the service team. After we'd left, my wife realized she'd forgotten something in the room. We messaged reception on WhatsApp, and they acted right away, going out of their way to send it by ferry and courier to our hotel on Koh Phangan. Customer service is expected at a hotel, but help that goes beyond that makes all the difference. Well done.

We found it easy to relax here even though Hansar Samui is on the main street in the fishermans village. Only one hotel is closer to the street, and you can hear the difference. Rooms are modern, clean, roomy, and nice, and everyone was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, with enough choices to find something that suited our taste, even if it wasn't the biggest selection we'd had in thailand. The pool was incredible, the biggest Infinitiv Pool I've ever seen, with an amazing view of Koh Pangan. If you want plenty of restaurants nearby but still somewhere to unwind, hansar is a good choice.
