We were six friends, there was plenty of room, and the villa felt spacious and well thought out. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly in the Koh Samui heat, and we spent lots of time relaxing by the fantastic pool, which felt like our own oasis. The place is beautifully designed, modern and tasteful, with a brand new interior and lovely attention to detail. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. It’s just outside the busy center, which made things more peaceful, while still being easy to get around. My friend wanted a sunny birthday celebration, and Karma Shana was perfect for it. We had an incredible time and would absolutely come back.

We spent a week in the villa and loved it. The island location worked well, and the place had everything we needed. I’ve never had a bathroom and bedroom like these, it felt like a dream. The landlord was very helpful, and the service was easy and uncomplicated. We’d book it again. Thank you!

We love our first house here and really appreciate all the care and support. Diane, our property manager, is lovely, and the team does their best to help us sort out any problems with the new house. Thanks to Laurent and the team for delivering our home in Lamai, Samui. We can’t wait for the whole Karma Shana project to be finished by the end of 2026. I’m sure it’ll make a great neighbourhood, with a gym and other facilities.

We loved the bath in the main bedroom and the outdoor terrace was great for entertaining. Villa Shiva itself was stunning, and Diane was such an attentive, gracious host. A magical stay, and we’ll be back at the end of the year.
