We had a 24-hour water outage and went a week without internet or Wi-Fi. We were thinking of extending our stay, but the electricity cost was too high as well. We paid 7,000 baht for electricity over 30 days.

I had to wait an hour for my deposit transfer after checking out, even though I went to eat, and ended up driving back to get the money refunded. Is that even legal? Then there was the charger I left behind. I unplugged it after charging my phone that morning, but it was still plugged in, and the housekeeper said she hadn't seen it in the room. I clearly remember it being there. With the deposit already making me angry, this was the last straw. Unbelievable!
