Lilly Villa

From its spot high on a mountain, this vacation home has views our family won’t forget. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway and really felt like a second home. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We arrived after leaving an Airbnb early because of a bad experience, and this villa completely revived our holiday. From the welcome onward it felt luxurious. The staff helped with our luggage, showed us around, cleaned daily and watered the garden. The design and furnishings are beautiful, with real Thai character, and the engraved paintings add a lot to the place. We also liked having Thai neighbours nearby, as Thai people are the kindest in the world. The pool is huge and deep enough, and the top floor has a picture-perfect panoramic view, including the sunset to the west and Koh Phangan. I woke up excited to see it every morning. The amenities were better than anything I’ve experienced, even compared with my own home in the UK. My partner and I hope to live in Thailand one day, and we agreed we’d want a villa like this. We booked a private chef through the hosts. Her food was amazing, and she was such a pleasant woman. The hosts were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. This place is a bargain, and I can’t recommend it enough. My only complaint is having to leave instead of living here forever. True Thai hospitality, and a surreal stay.
