Conrad is far from downtown, which made it very quiet and just right for my wife and me to unwind after our first hotel in the city. We came from Japan and spent six nights total on Koh Samui, with three nights and four days here. Our room was roomy, clean, and had a private pool, so we were comfortable spending the whole day in it without going out. That was exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and excellent. We’d definitely like to return.

The views of the ocean and the beautiful surroundings grabbed us as soon as we arrived for our honeymoon at Conrad Koh Samui. The stay was magical and went beyond what we expected. Staff across the team were warm and professional, and went out of their way to take care of every need. Their attention made us feel welcome and cared for. Beautiful accommodations, world-class amenities, and unforgettable sunsets made the perfect honeymoon setting. We left with memories we’ll cherish for life. A special thank you to Bill at the front desk for making our arrival memorable. He handled check-in with care and professionalism, took time to explain the resort facilities, and made us feel valued. His thoughtful, warm manner helped every detail go smoothly. We arrived much earlier than standard check-in, but the team arranged an early room for us after our long journey. Cool towels, a refreshing drink, and genuine smiles made us feel relaxed right away. That kind of heartfelt welcome from the start is rare. Bill is a real asset to Conrad, and we’re grateful for his kindness. We can’t wait to enjoy the rest of our stay, and would recommend this beautiful resort to anyone wanting a welcoming, seamless experience.

The quiet, private feel of the villas and their own pools was a big part of what made our stay so relaxing. We also loved the ocean views, the beautiful, well-kept grounds, and the food and breakfast. Marco Araujo, the Hotel Manager, shared genuinely useful tips for both the resort and the island, and it was clear he cared about how guests were doing. At breakfast, Ms. Ni greeted us warmly each morning and was so helpful, with great recommendations too. The whole team was friendly and professional, always attentive without hovering. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived. Our time at Conrad Koh Samui was a real highlight, and we'd happily return.

Khun North showed us around the hotel facilities and helped with check-out, which we really appreciated. Check-in with Khun Dear was smooth and made arriving easy, and khun New, Bill, and Ja gave us such a warm welcome. Everyone we met was attentive, friendly, and professional. We had a lovely stay at Conrad Koh Samui and would be glad to come back.
