The room was nothing like the photos online. It looked modern and stylish in the pictures, but was extremely outdated in person. The sheets had blood stains, which was unacceptable. You can see it in my pictures. I booked a garden view, but the view was completely blocked by a wall. The air conditioning made constant loud noise on low or medium, so there was no way to sleep comfortably. I had to turn it off and deal with the heat, or use the highest setting and freeze. I also tried several dishes at the restaurant. The food was barely average, nothing stood out, especially for the price. I didn’t get value for what I paid. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this hotel.

I especially enjoyed walking to the dining area and pool overlooking the beach. We stayed over Christmas, and the room was comfortable and private. The food and service were great, with reasonable prices. We also had massages in a room by the beach and could get to the beach and shoreline quickly. A wonderful experience we’ll always remember!

We had a good stay in a second-floor Sea View room for three nights. It was very spacious, and the view and beach were amazing. You can adjust the lighting and AC with a remote next to the comfortable bed. Breakfast had lots of options and was very good. The staff were helpful, positive, and always smiling.

We had a relaxing, comfortable holiday at the Samui Jasmine Resort and can recommend it, especially if you want a quiet setting with local amenities close by. The only small thing we missed was a fitness room. Our second-floor room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic sea view to enjoy at the start and end of the day. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. The resort is on a wide, lovely beach, good for relaxing and long walks. It’s much quieter than busy Chaweng, with its clubs and discos, while restaurants, bars, massage studios, and the weekly Night Market are all within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice: fresh pastries and baked goods, lots of fruit, eggs cooked to order, and local Thai dishes. There’s also a juice station with a juicer so you can make fresh fruit and vegetable juices yourself. The team at Jasmine Resort were consistently polite and attentive, with discreet, courteous service.

We spent 6 lovely nights at the Jasmin Hotel and would happily come back. It was peaceful from the moment we arrived, and waking up to birds singing each morning made the stay feel close to nature. The garden is beautifully kept and gives the property a calm atmosphere. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, with a thorough cleaning every day. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit and a good variety. A lovely choice for a quiet, relaxing stay in Koh Samui.
