If the toilet had worked, this place would easily have been worth five stars. The bungalows themselves were new, clean and well maintained, with two large rooms, a big fridge in the front room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a veranda. There were two AC units and two fans. The owner was very nice, and we rented a large scooter in good condition from the accommodation for 250 baht a day. The driveway was a problem, though, because it wasn’t suitable for scooters and we kept scraping the bottom. There’s also an access area behind the bungalow, but it’s just a bit of space, with lots of mosquitoes and not much upkeep. The toilet was a complete disaster. It wouldn’t flush, nothing went away and the smell was awful. We contacted the owner repeatedly, but nothing changed. Instead, we were given a pump and left to deal with it ourselves. After every use we had to pump and stir our own excrement, which was horrible and unacceptable. The pump itself was completely broken too. Hopefully this was only an issue with our accommodation and gets fixed as soon as possible. The bedroom lighting was dim, both the ceiling light and the bedside lamp. There didn’t seem to be room service, which wouldn’t have been a big deal if the toilet had worked.

The air conditioning was cool, which was about the only good thing. The room lost power for two nights, and I couldn’t get to sleep until almost morning. I reported it, but they did nothing and seemed not to care. Rain leaked onto my head, and the bathroom ceiling looked like it might fall on me at any moment. The water heater was broken and couldn’t be fixed. There was only a kettle with a hose, and the fridge looked like it had never been cleaned. The lights didn’t work either. I reported that too and got an “Oh,” but no one came to replace them. They said there was parking, but you have to park in a row with other people. The person staying there called me early in the morning to wake me up and ask me to move my car. It was so frustrating. The toilet smelled into the bedroom and didn’t flush well. I stayed five nights and got only two bottles of water.

The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, but there were ants all over the bedroom and dust throughout the room. It should have been cleaned before check-in instead of leaving guests to do it themselves. The toilet wouldn't flush either. If you're looking for somewhere near the beach, I'd choose another place. For the price, there are better options.

The bathroom smelled so awful it made me dizzy, and the room wasn't clean either. Room size doesn't make up for that. I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place.
