Vana Belle, a Luxury Collection Resort, Koh Samui

The resort made our birthday and anniversary stay feel special right from arrival. They upgraded our room, arranged early check-in, and set up a beautiful welcome in the suite. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and smiling, and the service was flawless. C took especially good care of us. She checked in every day, in person and by message, and made sure everything was just right with professionalism and real warmth. Romi also deserves a mention for a smooth check-in that made us feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent, the room was beautifully kept, and the beach and pool were stunning and peaceful. This was one of our most memorable hotel stays, and we’d return to Koh Samui just to stay at Vana Belle again.

The service and staff were unmatched, respectful, and accommodating, and the room was gorgeous. The private beach was one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. My wife and I spent four nights here to finish our honeymoon, and it may be the best hotel stay of my life. The breakfast buffet was 10/10. Staff also drove guests around the resort in dune buggies, whether we were headed from our room to breakfast, the gym, spa, or elsewhere. Remarkable. Our butler C was incredible and looked after us like a guardian angel. She arranged buggy rides, suggested good restaurants, and made sure the kitchen knew about our allergies and breakfast adjustments. I really recommend working with her. If you love luxury hotels by Marriott, you must try this place.

We had an ocean-view room with a private pool, and waking up there each morning was wonderful. The rooms are incredible, and the property is beautifully maintained with staff around the clock. There are plenty of good options at the resort, including some amazing Thai food. The gym and spa are nice if you want a slower pace. C and Naomi, our concierges, made everything easy and stress-free, from dinner bookings around the island to arranging transport. Everyone was genuinely kind and focused on making guests comfortable. Vana Belle exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for a stay in Koh Samui.

The Grand Suite Sea View was spectacular, and the property itself is stunning. My husband and I ended our honeymoon adventures with four nights at Vana Belle, and the stay surpassed what we expected. What stood out most was the thoughtful service. Every staff member we passed greeted us warmly. Tik, our butler, took real pride in looking after us and seemed one step ahead, making the stay seamless. The management team clearly runs a wonderful operation, and you can see how much everyone cares about their work.
