On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen and dining area. A private 3x6 m swimming pool with a maximum depth of 160 cm is situated next to the villa. The garden opposite the pool has two sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The property is fenced.
On the second floor of the villa guests will find 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom also has a bath. There are balconies to both sides of the villa.

We were happy to stay here from December 24 through the New Year holidays and up to now. The house is in a cozy area, close to everything, with Lamai beach a 15-minute walk away past the wet market and shops. Everything is very clean and the pool is wonderful. Thanks to the owner for renovating just before we arrived and for being so helpful throughout our stay. Use the owner's contact to rent a bike or car to get around the island!

I’ve been here since June 11, 2021, and I’m still here. I’m extremely happy and don’t even want to leave. I’ll keep coming back ❤️ It’s a peaceful, well-kept, comfortable villa, with friendly neighbors and helpful staff who respond quickly and do what’s best for the guest. Shops, markets, and the sea are all close by. The sandy beach is deep, and there’s a small section of sea fenced with a net to protect against jellyfish and other biting creatures. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. I love that there’s a bathtub for bubble baths, as well as showers in two of the three bathrooms. The pool goes down to 160 cm, which is rare in Thailand.

We spent our August holiday here and came away with nothing but good feelings. The beach and a large hypermarket are both about a 15-minute walk away, and mornings started with birds singing. The villa was comfortable and beautifully placed, with a fresh renovation, bright white throughout, even the fence, and a lovely new lawn. The pool water was clean too. We’d read older reviews, but what we found didn’t match them.
