La Cigale

I loved my stay and would recommend this place to everyone. It’s so peaceful, with birds calling, squirrels chattering, and cicadas all around. The Twin Villa kitchen had everything I needed, and the hosts were available if I needed anything else. I stayed in two different villas, and both bathrooms were stunning, with all the plants and rocks. I’ll be back!

The team made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and shared tips about the area and things to do. We loved staying at La Cigale, especially the beautiful bungalows and the eco feel of the room. The outdoor-style bathroom overlooking the ocean was incredible. Reception provides snorkelling equipment, and scooters with helmets are available to rent at very reasonable prices. If you’re tired after exploring, local restaurants can deliver right to your room. I highly recommend La Cigale for a visit to Koh Tao. Thanks for making our trip so memorable :)

It felt magical waking up to birds and other wildlife, then sitting on the balcony to read with the ocean in view. The rooms are tucked into nature, so it’s wonderfully peaceful, but restaurants at Sairee Beach are still a short walk or scooter ride away. The indoor/outdoor bathroom is super cool. Andre and his team shared lots of useful information about local restaurants and delivery, and they can arrange in-room massage. Scooters are available to hire, and they’ll arrange a taxi both ways to the pier, which makes things easy. Thanks André and family, hope to see you again.

André and the staff made us feel at home, and they were some of the nicest people I met on my trip. My girlfriend and I spent three amazing nights in a cozy, beautiful villa with its own kitchen, set in the jungle. The “outside” bathroom was lovely too. The beach was only five minutes away on foot, and town was a 10-minute walk. We booked through their website, and the transfer and breakfast were included, which was a nice surprise. I’d definitely recommend La Cigale to friends and family.
