Neptune Hostel Guesthouse

You can watch the sunset from the hostel balcony, and the waterfront setting is lovely. It’s also very close to the pier, so getting there straight from the ferry was easy. The staff were kind and made an effort to chat and check that we were happy. The dorm rooms were clean and spacious, with big lockable cupboards that were especially useful. A great place to stay for the price, and I’d highly recommend it.

The cafe and bar at the back was our favorite spot to unwind, especially with those huge sunsets. We also did our laundry there, which was cheap and straightforward. We stayed in a clean private room with good AC and no problems. The location worked really well for us since our PADI course was only five minutes away. We didn’t want to rent a scooter or bike, so being nearby mattered, and there were good food options around too. We loved this hostel and recommend it.

I slept well in a six-bed dorm here, and the solid stone walls helped keep it peaceful. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. The common areas were pleasant for relaxing or meeting other travelers, while the atmosphere still let you have your own space. The place was very clean and looked after, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. From arrival, I felt comfortable and cared for. Staff were around, friendly, and seemed to genuinely pay attention to what guests needed. They helped with recommendations, bookings, and questions. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back. The team was fantastic.
